“Country Vermont”

One of several works I have completed to celebrate the quintessential Vermont theme. This smaller work was composed in an elongated manner to bring focus to the brightly lit shapes which helps depict the early afternoon on a hot day.

“Lake Champlain - July”

Another hot summer day painting. This one looking west over Vermont’s Great Lake - Lake Champlain. In this work, the sky is prominent and depicts clouds developing into a possible summer storm.

“Westward”

As its title suggests, looks west over the low rolling mountains in the western part of Vermont. The sky is also prominent in this work but with a pleasant, dreamy formation of summer cloud.
