Color In Watercolor
Three Day Workshop – Fee $295
Strengthen Your Paintings With A New Language of Color
This workshop is for anyone who wants to manage the expressive power of color. The visual effect of color is powerful. Yet, the study of color is complex. In this workshop we’ll break it down into simple concepts that are easy to understand and apply.
What you’ll learn in this workshop:
In this workshop you’ll learn about the three characteristics of color and how they can be applied and managed to enhance the mood, light, space and sense of time and place.
Over the three days, you’ll learn more about value, intensity and temperature and how each can be applied for effect in your paintings. We’ll simplify the complex topics, provide lots of learning exercises, and provide you with some simple rules to guide your use and manipulation of value, intensity and temperature.
At the end of the workshop you’ll be equipped with a good foundation of a complex subject and the ability to add new power in your paintings.
