Soups From The Artists Kitchen

Artists are said to be “makers” - one who likes the act taking separate materials and turning them into something else. It certainly is the case for making paintings. But also applies to other things.

I happen to be a soup lover - have been for as long as I can remember. It is my lunch, almost every day all year long. I make my own and so have accumulated nice selection of soup recipes. Hearty, mostly vegetarian soups with beans or lentils are my preference so the recipe box is dominated by those.

A student of mine, also a soup lover, suggested that others might enjoy them as much as me and so they should be shared.

And so they shall. This section contains recipes from my collection. Maybe you’ll find one or two you enjoy!
